Should I be concerned??

It’s a beautiful day. The sky is a glorious blue that makes you feel as though there are endless possibilities out there, beyond the sapphire horizon of the Pacific Ocean. You’ve packed lunch, loaded up the kids, gathered the bait and the rods; you’re all set!

The glorious freedom of the ocean.
The glorious freedom of the ocean.

BUT... there’s just one thing that’s about to ruin your day…

Your boat needs antifouling, and you’ve ignored it.

Is that really a big concern?

Ugggggghhhhhhhh.
Ugggggghhhhhhhh.

In short:

YES! YOU SHOUD BE CONCERNED!

What was going to cost you $500 in fuel is now going to cost you a whole lot more! While you’ve planned for it to take you an hour and a half to get to your favourite spot, it’s now going to take you two or more hours.  WHY, I hear you ask??

Your boat is weighed down by marine growth, making it slower and heavier in the water; the engines have to work harder than they were designed for. The shape of your hull, which took years of design research and engineering, is now warped by all of those barnacles, tube worms, seaweed and anything else you can think of.

Your boat has become a bathtub chugging through the sea.

It's time to reboot your boat!

Revive it into a vessel that slips through the water with ease, as the wind blows through your hair and clears out that work-week tension. You bounce along at full speed, knowing that there will be money left in your pocket to buy a few beers at the pub to boast about your catch of the day.

At Lifestyle Boating, we believe it’s important to protect your treasured boat. Boats are not cheap to buy (they’re a luxury), and you need to rely on them being sound out in the ocean, where the land is a sliver on the horizon.

Anti-fouling protects your vessel and all those aboard. It will allow you to enjoy your boat as it should be enjoyed–no stress, no added expense and with the exhilaration of pushing down the throttle and feeling the engines come to life; powerful and strong.
